Recording of Events

When you participate in a LinkedIn Audio Event or any live social audio event hosted by Mac Laubscher or M4MOTIV8 Coaching Academy Ltd, you will be partaking in an event where live audio recording may occur. By participating in the event, you consent to audio recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, inclusion on websites, or for any other purpose(s) that Mac Laubscher, M4MOTIV8 Coaching Academy Ltd, their vendors, partners, affiliates, and/or representatives see fit to use.

You release Mac Laubscher, M4MOTIV8 Coaching Academy Ltd, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of live audio recordings. By entering the event premises (virtual platform), you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, or other publication of these materials, irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any live audio recording taken by Mac Laubscher or the person or entity designated to do so by M4MOTIV8 Coaching Academy Ltd. In addition, the event will be monitored for unauthorized recording. By attending the event or entering the event premises (virtual platform), you agree not to record or digitize any parts of the presentation.

If you attempt to use a recording device, you consent to your immediate removal from the virtual platform and forfeiture of your access to the event. You will not receive a refund for any registration fees. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in the LinkedIn Audio Event or any other live social audio event hosted by Mac Laubscher or M4MOTIV8 Coaching Academy Ltd.
